Returns & Exchanges

Since all our jewelry is custom-made, items are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect.
If you believe your item has a defect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos for evaluation.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
Yes, we can ship to P.O. boxes for standard shipping, but express and next-day delivery require a physical address.
