Since all our jewelry is custom-made, we do not offer traditional returns or exchanges. However, if your item arrives damaged or with manufacturing defects, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for resolution options.
Minor modifications can be accommodated within 24 hours of order placement. After that, your design enters production and can no longer be modified. Please contact our support team immediately if you need to make changes.
Clean your jewelry with a soft cloth and mild soap in warm water. Avoid chemical exposure including perfumes, lotions, and household cleaners. Store in a dry place and consider a jewelry box with separate compartments to prevent scratching.
